Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 2 kiwi , chopped
  • 1 can mandarins , drained and juice reserved
  • ½ can pineapple slices , chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries , sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries , sliced

Citrus Yogurt Dressing

  • 3 oz vanilla yogurt
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ Tbsp mandarin juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Drain and reserve juice from mandarin can
  • In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, mandarin juice, and honey
  • Prep and cut strawberries, blackberries, kiwi, and pineapple
  • When ready to serve, add all the fruit into a large bowl and gently mix in yogurt dressing until all fruit is covered ***

Notes

This is best served immediately. Blackberries, pineapple and mandarins will leak a lot of juices and make the yogurt dressing very tangy If you aren’t using this right away, prep fruit but keep separate. Only combine in yogurt dressing when ready to serve.
