Lemon Dill Aioli

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Skin salmon and dice 3/4 of it into quarter inch pieces and set aside. Cut the rest of the salmon into chunks

  • Pour remaining ¼ cup of breadcrumbs on another plate and lightly press patties into breadcrumbs to coat. Make sure to coat all sides
  • Heat 1 Tbsp oil in frying pan and cook burgers about 4-5 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 130° and a nice golden crust forms
