Use pre-made pizza crust or follow Sugar Spun Run's Best Pizza Dough Recipe If making homemade recipe, after dough has risen, split dough in half and roll dough out to be about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick. It should be about 10-12 inches around**
Using a brush or back of spoon, spread olive oil on dough so it's covered completely
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, onions, figs, and prosciutto on pizza
Bake for 13-17 minutes, until cheese has melted and crust is golden***
*If using pre-made crust, follow instructions on package for oven temperature
**If you'd like a thicker crust, you can use the entire dough amount. For a thinner crust, you can save the other 1/2 of the dough by spreading a little bit of olive oil on unused dough ball and wrapping up tightly in plastic wrap or in a plastic bag
***If using pre-made crust, follow instructions on package for oven temperature and cooking times
